With the city’s department heads fielding questions, Radcliff Mayor J.J. Duvall opened his administration’s first budget to detailed scrutiny from city council members Thursday.
The day-long meeting began with Duvall’s summary of the $11.1 million spending plan plus a $1.1 million fund for stormwater control. In addition to highlighting recommendations such as widening Shelton Road and increasing fire department staffing, Duvall pointed out suggestions rejected in his initial review.
