By JOSHUA COFFMAN jcoffman@thenewsenterprise.com RADCLIFF — City Council members will consider a proposal this week to increase storm water fees by more than 60 percent, raising the monthly tax from $4 to $6.50. The council is split as of now, with three of six members opposing the increase. Supporters say it would help fund a multimillion dollar project to reduce flooding in the city. Opponents say the timing is wrong to raise fees, as the economy is weak and prices at the grocery store and gas pump are on the rise.
