Radcliff man indicted on child rape charges

A Radcliff man faces six felony sex offense charges involving two children following an indictment this month by a Hardin County grand jury.

Dambrocio A. Hughes, 27, was indicted on two counts of first-degree rape and four counts of first-degree sodomy.

Forcible contact is alleged and both children are younger than 12, according to the indictment.

An indictment is an allegation, not proof of guilt. A defendant is innocent until proven guilty.
