Sexual abuse charge dropped

By Sarah Bennett

A Radcliff man accused of entering a woman’s home through a window and requesting she remove her clothes pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of second-degree criminal trespassing.

David Shin, 19, was arrested Sept. 11 on charges of first-degree sexual abuse and second-degree burglary.

According to Radcliff Police Department, Shin allegedly told the woman he would leave after she removed her clothing.

Prosecutors dismissed the sexual abuse charge.

Hardin District Judge Kim Shumate sentenced Shin to 90 days in jail, which will be probated for two years.
