A California developer is looking to take advantage of the benefits of the Fort Knox transformation by developing a sprawling apartment complex in Radcliff.
The complex, Parks at Vine, is to be adjacent to North Hardin High School, West Vine Street and South Logsdon Parkway and will house more than 300 units once completed, said Greer “Gem” Arthur, a partner with ACME Development.
