Radcliff Rotary Club names winners in speech contest

The Radcliff Rotary Club held its annual speech contest at Colvin Community Center. This year’s speech theme was “Peace through Service.” All high school age students were invited to participate by delivering a 5 to 8 minute speech on this topic without notes to club members. Winners, pictured with club president Gail Phoenix, are first place Robert Bell, second place Mollie Knight and third place Christina Rice, all of Fort Knox High School.
