Featured in the Radcliff Rotary Club continuing “Know your Rotarian” series recently was longtime club member and Col. at Arms Burt Boudinot. As an “Army brat” living at Fort Knox in 1941, he remembers the day the war began. As a 10-year-old he and his mother began a trek across the country following his father from one training post to another and eventually seeing him off to Europe in 1943. He and his mother moved to Hollywood, Calif., where his grandmother lived and he attended school there during the war, graduating from Beverly Hills High School.
