Radcliff Rotary honors student guests

-A A +A

The Radcliff Rotary honored its student of the month, Hunter Raj, during its regular, Thursday noon meeting. Hunter is a junior at North Hardin where he participated in a wide variety of sports. Combined with excellent academic credentials he plans to leverage his love of science and sports by pursuing a career in sports medicine. He has his  “college eye” set on UK or the University of Texas.

Guest speaker was Heath Seymour, executive director of the Elizabethtown-Hardin County Heritage Council. An Elizabethtown native, Seymour described the mission of the Heritage Council and especially the current effort to revitalize the historic down-town district in Elizabethtown. The hope is to attract small businesses, restaurants and events to the area several blocks surrounding the court house square.
