Radcliff Woman’s Club celebrates Chinese New Year

Radcliff Woman’s Club members Marilyn Williams, Emma Rosenkrantz, Doris Browder, Yvonne High and Florence Mason, along with guests Ayhlaina Brooks and Lorelie High, celebrated the Chinese New Year on Feb. 25 by having dinner at an oriental restaurant. According to the Chinese, this is the Year of the Rabbit and diners honored the year by eating a lot of vegetables. To represent long life, they ate noodles, and for wealth they had sushi wrapped in seaweed.
