Mark A Kopp, associate superintendent of instructional services of Hardin County Schools, was the speaker at the Radcliff Woman’s Club Sept. 12 meeting.
Kopp, who holds three degrees, was lured from the Frankfort Office of the Kentucky Department of Education because he was fascinated by the diverse community and was pleased with the direction county education was headed. Kopp stated that his three passions were education, family and Cincinnati Bengals.
