Building damaged by forklift

While awaiting building repairs, Renaissance Recycling will not accept recyclables until June 11.

The building on Water Street in Hodgenville was damaged last week when a forklift struck the door, LaRue County’s Solid Waste Coordinator Jill Gray said.

Residents are requested to “hold off on bringing recyclables” such as plastics, newspapers, cans and glass, until repairs are completed, Gray said Friday in a statement.
