The weather-plagued 5th Region Baseball Tournament has been postponed yet again — this time to Saturday for the championship game.

Elizabethtown and Bethlehem now will square off at 1 p.m. Saturday at Central Hardin with the winner advancing to the state tournament, which begins Tuesday in Lexington.

The game was postponed by lightning Thursday night and was scheduled to resume at 6:30 p.m. today but the possibility of rain and lightning in the area forced the time to be changed.

There is no score in the game with Elizabethtown batting in the bottom of the first inning win no outs.

Tickets purchased Thursday night will be honored Saturday.
