REO Speedwagon tickets go on sale next week

Tickets for the REO Speedwagon concert at Freeman Lake Park go on sale Tuesday at locations including local McDonald’s, Pritchard Community Center, T.J. Rhoades State Farm Insurance, John O’s markets and Ticketmaster.com.

The price is $25 in advance and $30 at the gate.

The July 5 event, which is part of the summer concert series, has generated a “tremendous amount of interest,” Councilman Kenny Lewis said Monday during a City Council meeting.

He thinks the 5,000 tickets will sell out and recommended buying them in advance.
