The preliminary design of a proposed county sewer system in the Rineyville area has been completed, but Hardin County Water District No. 2 is moving ahead cautiously.
Hardin County Water District No. 2 will bring numerous county agencies to the table and work on regulations, rates and fees before it can proceed to the state for approval, said James Jeffries, general manager. Work on final design has not been approved by the district’s board of directors, Jeffries said.
