The “Missing Man Table” was set and John Locke described what every item on the table symbolized. The  POWs and MIAs are unable to attend. The table was set for one with a white tablecloth for purity, single red rose for families waiting for their return, red ribbon for those who bear witness to unyielding determination, candle is lit for upward reach of their unconquerable spirit, slice of lemon of their bitter faith, salt for the tears as they wait, glass is inverted they cannot toast us tonight, the chair is empty they are not here.

The monthly chapter business meetings are at 2 p.m. the first Sunday of the month at Colvin Community Center, 230 Freedom Way in Radcliff. Meetings are open to the public. Dues are $30 per year and even though many members are veterans and ride motorcycles, it is not a requirement. The club is committed to and is working on POW and MIA and veterans issues.
