Rebecca Ann Roscoe and Jacob Ira Foley, both of Elizabethtown, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Linda Woltz and Ferrell Adkins of Radcliff. She is a 2007 graduate of Elizabethtown High School.

The prospective groom is the son of Lisa Meredith of Hodgenville and Kevin “Butch” Foley of Elizabethtown. He is a 2005 graduate of Elizabethtown High School.

The wedding is Aug. 31, 2013.
