HARDIN COUNTY — Local school districts are hoping they won’t be forgotten when it comes to receiving state funding to prepare for BRAC.
Elizabethtown Independent Schools and Hardin County Schools are preparing to ask for a portion of the state funds set aside for BRAC infrastructure. Officials at both districts say they need millions to house new students who will be coming in as a result of the post realignment.
