Mary Jane Craycroft
Mary Jane Craycroft, 95, of Flaherty, died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2008, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph “Didler” Craycroft; a daughter, Ann Lambert; and a son, Joe Craycroft.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Jeanie Craycroft of Flaherty; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jean and Jay Wethington of Brandenburg and Rose and John Meister of Owensboro; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
The Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20, at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Flaherty with the Rev. Anthony L. Chandler officiating. Burial will be in St. Martin Catholic Church Cemetery.
The visitation will be from 5 until 8 p.m. today and after 8:30 a.m. on Saturday at Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home in Vine Grove. There will be a prayer service at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Curtis R. Duvall Sr. Curtis R. Duvall Sr., 50, of Elizabethtown, died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2008, at his residence.
He was a native of Hardin County and was in construction. He was a member of Franklin Crossroads Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mack W. and Alneta Brown Duvall. He is survived by two sons, Jeremy Duvall and Curtis R. Duvall Jr., both of Elizabethtown; one brother, Walter H. Duvall of Cleveland; and two sisters, Judy Pedigo of Cub Run and Geraldine Exler of Shepherdsville. The funeral is at 2 p.m. Sunday at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with the Rev. Ron Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
Visitation is from 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Survivors include her husband, William Tipton; a daughter, Monica Hall; and her mother, Patricia Workman. The funeral is at 3 p.m. Saturday at Larchmont Church of God, 3134 Taylor Blvd., Louisville. Burial will be private. Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the church.
