A family struggle over a gun Sunday night in a Buffalo home ended when a man was shot in the shoulder.
Dennis Locke, 55, of Buffalo, was transported Sunday to a Louisville hospital after sustaining a gunshot wound to his upper shoulder, LaRue County Sheriff Merle Edlin said.
According to the sheriff, Locke was under the influence of alcohol. His family members already had wrestled a gun from him when Locke and his 24-year-old son, Kevin, struggled over another weapon, Edlin said.
