Sonora officials take oath of office

SONORA — Sonora Mayor Larry Copeland and City Commissioners Tee Hodge, Jamie Routt, Duane Manakee and Claudia Thurman took the oath of office Tuesday at City Hall. Each member expressed an appreciation for being elected to represent the residents of Sonora.

Town Council meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of every month at City Hall on Main Street. The meetings are open to the public.
