SONG FOR THE MISSING 2. Song for the Missing 2 is June 1 at the Freeman Lake bandstand. This is a fundraising event as well as an event to raise awareness for the Kentucky Bloodhound Association. I cannot stress enough how important what these people do is to our community. These are the people who helped and supported us through my brother’s disappearance and death. Please save the date and look for more information in this column.

HARDIN COUNTY FAIR. The Hardin County Fair will celebrate 50 years within the community this July. The Hardin County Fair Board and Pageant Committee is inviting all past Miss Hardin County Fair winners to be present for a special recognition during the Miss Hardin County Fair Pageant on the evening of July 8 to mark the special occasion. If you are a previous miss winner or have contact information of a previous winner, please contact Linda Thomas, 735.6054 or lmthomas60@comcast.netfor information.
