Half of summer break is over for the Hardin county kids. The countdown until school starts has begun.

SCHOOL NEWS. Creekside Preschool is looking for eligible 3- and 4-year-old children for the 2014-15 school year. Great teachers, awesome classrooms, and fun, developmentally appropriate activities are just a start to what the program offers.  Please call 270-769-8911 to start the simple process so your child can be ready to start in August.
FLOWER SHOW. The Hardin County Fair Flower Show will open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday. All Hardin County residents are encouraged to enter. There are more than 60 categories of horticulture specimens. The judges are trained flower show judges. The show is managed by the Garden Club of Elizabethtown.
