A Radcliff man was arrested Friday night after he refused to allow police responding to a disturbance report into his home.
Robert Rowland of 262 Shelton Road, was taken into custody at his residence on charges of terroristic threatening and disorderly conduct.
Bryce Shumate, spokesman for the Radcliff Police Department, said Rowland threatened to shoot his neighbors and then threatened to shoot police if they entered his home.
Officers received a call about Rowland’s behavior at about 7 p.m, Shumate said.
