State files suit against Grayson County developers

A consumer protection lawsuit has been filed against developers of Green Farm Resort in Grayson County.

The complaint alleges that 3D Resort Communities LLC and 3D Resorts-Bluegrass LLC violated Kentucky’s Recreational and Retirement Use Land Sales Act and Consumer Protection Act. It says developers breached a 2008 agreement with the Office of the Attorney General that settled a previous legal dispute.
