Merry Christmas to all and may many blessings come your way. I wanted to write a Christmas story, but the sadness that has filled our hearts is so great all I can think about is this.

REASON FOR THE SEASON. This Christmas season, remember the reason for the season. Tell your children the true meaning of Christmas. That a long time ago, there was a child born and his mother wrapped him in swaddling clothes and laid him in a manger and his name is Jesus. Tell them of the love he has for all people and the peace he can give to all who ask. The gifts we try to give our children may make them happy for a few days if we are lucky, but all they want is your time and most of all your love. This Christmas season and from now on, hold your children close and keep them as safe as you can. Teach them with love.
