Hello friends. I hope everyone is doing well. This once again has been weather you just don’t know how to dress for. One day there is rain and its cold and other days are warm and sunny. But I am glad things are as well as they are.

VALENTINE’ S DAY. Remember Valentine’s Day is coming up and make sure you guys get your sweethearts roses, candy, maybe take her out to dinner, or just say I love you.

GET-WELL WISHES. Get-well prayers for May Fern Ford, who has had surgery and is doing quite well for all she has been through.

SYMPATHY. Please keep Tony Scott’s family in your prayers. I know Tony will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was involved with a lot of things, softball, baseball, basketball, the fire department and maybe a lot of things I would not know about. I do know he worked for Elizabethtown Gas for years and he always was good with the public and fun to be around. He always had a smile and he could make you smile before he would go. Rest in peace our friend, I know God will bless your family and keep them safe.

CHURCH NEWS. Open Valley will start a revival at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 17, nightly with Jeff Dole as the pastor and Austin Wade helping bring the message. There may be other preachers who may come and help with this revival and it will last until God tells the church it’s time to stop.

Stephensburg Missionary Baptist church will have a baptizing today. We have some young people who have been saved and who want to share with the world of what has been done for them. Sunday school is at 10 a.m. and church is at 11 a.m.

BIRTHDAY WISHES. Happy birthday to Alice Elliot, and I hope you are feeling better. Happy 40th birthday to Wesley Applebee on Feb. 14.

SUBMIT YOUR NEWS. If you have any special event, birthday or anything you want to share, please email littlebus86@yahoo.comor phone at 862-4844.

May your days be full of the sun and all it brings your way.
