Jan Milby, right, president of Fisherville’s Coat of Many Colors Quilt Guild, welcomes Mary Lois Hill, a member of the Stitchers’ Quilt Guild of Elizabethtown. As guest speaker, Hill presented a historical perspective of quilting, along with her quilting story and award-winning quilts. The Patchworkers’ Quilt Guild from Taylorsville and Chaplin’s Guild from Nelson County also attended and shared in an luncheon that followed the program. Hill also is a member of the Louisville Artisans Guild.
