RADCLIFF - Two Meadow View Elementary School students saw a stock market competition as a nothing-to-lose proposition and it paid — in money and pizza.
The fifth-graders placed second in the state "Take Stock in Kentucky" competition, in which 384 teams, ranging from elementary to high school, played a stock market game based on the fluctuations of the real stock market.
