A Hardin County Schools official’s dedication to early childhood education and equal access to educational opportunities helped shape 35 recommendations on education in Kentucky.
Superintendent Nannette Johnston said she was vocal regarding issues while she served on a task force of more than 30 educators, legislators and community members for a year.
