A week later, police continue to search for a suspect in a shooting on Blackjack Road near Radcliff that left one teen with a gunshot wound to the face.
Norman Chaffins, spokesman for Kentucky State Police Post 4, said investigators are looking for a juvenile whom they consider a person of interest.
"They have the paperwork to bring him in," Chaffins said.
Because the suspect is younger than 18 years old, he said state police will not release the teen's description to the media.
According to Chaffins, no arrests have been made in connection to the shooting, which occurred around 7:30 p.m. last Friday in the 1300 block of Blackjack Road. Investigators are examining whether the incident was gang-related.
Corey Stephens, 19, of Radcliff sustained injuries to his face as a result of the shooting, but police said no one else was injured.
