As a June jury trial approaches, defense counsel for the Radcliff man facing 12 counts of felony sex charges allegedly involving a child has filed multiple motions.
Paul Hales, 54, appeared in court Tuesday with his attorney, who requested to set a pretrial hearing to discuss the motions. The hearing has been scheduled for 1 p.m. on May 23.
