Two law enforcement officers indicted

Indictment involves 15-year-old Meade County girl

Former Kentucky State Police Trooper Stratford Young and former Brandenburg police officer Todd Matti were indicted by a Meade County grand jury today on charges involving a 15-year-old girl.

Evidence against former Trooper Jerry Clanton and former Breckinridge County Sheriff's Deputy Chris Woosley was not presented to the grand jury.

Young is charged with one count of third-degree rape and two counts of third-degree sodomy. All charges are Class D felonies, punishable of up to five years in prison on each count.

Matti is charged with two counts of third-degree sodomy.
