ELIZABETHTOWN — Travel on Interstate 65 in July proved costly for a pair of Bowling Green men who were stopped twice near Elizabethtown for violations and forced to surrender $90,000 cash to Kentucky State Police.
On Independence Day, driver Troy D. Rich and his passenger, Carl G. Jones, were stopped for speeding.
