ELIZABETHTOWN — University of Kentucky quarterback Curtis Pulley disposed of two of three traffic charges brought against him last week after having his license reinstated and paying a fine Wednesday for speeding 16 miles over the limit in Hardin District Court.
Kentucky State Police stopped the athlete July 22 and charged him with driving on a suspended license, speeding and possessing expired vehicle registration.
