VFW becomes Vine Grove Mayberry Day sponsor

Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10281 members agreed at the last meeting to become a sponsor of the annual Mayberry Day in Vine Grove. According to Donna Broadway, events coordinator, “the festival will take place at the Vine Grove Optimist Park April 26 and 27.” Last year was the trial event for Mayberry Day. VFW Commander Butch Ferrell, left, presents a check for $500 to Donna Broadway to help with the event.
