After eight years as mayor of Vine Grove, Donovan Smith will turn most of his attention toward the great joys in life: his five grandchildren and fishing.
He plans to travel, read and garden too with some of his free time.
“I’ve got the grandchildren and I’m an addicted bass fisherman,’’ he said. “I like to do all kinds of fishing, but 95 percent of it is bass.’’
