LOUISVILLE — A Vine Grove man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of using the Internet to attempt to persuade, induce or entice a 14-year-old girl to engage in sexual activity.
Nathan A. Hughes, 24, was arrested July 24 on a federal warrant and could face life in prison as well as a $250,000 fine if convicted. The mandatory minimum sentence is 10 years.
