Kelly Denise Vinson and Ricky Joe Riggs, both of Magnolia, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Carroll and Maoma Vinson of Elizabethtown.
The prospective groom is the son of Martha and Rayburn Skaggs of Buffalo and the late Clarence Riggs Sr.
The wedding is at 2 p.m. Dec. 22, 2012, at The River of Life Church in Hodgenville.
All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
