Voter registration deadline is Tuesday

Time is running out for those who still have not registered to vote in next month’s general election.

The registration deadline is Tuesday.

Registration can be done by visiting the county clerk’s office at 14 Public Square.

Those eligible to vote must be 18 before the election, a U.S. citizen and live in Hardin County to vote in local races. A photo ID is needed.

Among the races on the ballot this year are for president of the United States, school board and city councils.
