At a recent Radcliff Rotary Club meeting, the guest speaker was Elaine Walker, right, commissioner of the Kentucky Department of Parks. Walkeroversees 49 state parks and roughly 900 permanent employees. She outlined for club members the many venues for recreation presented by the park system and the fact that admission is free. She also discussed the energy related improvements now being initiated to save a considerable sum in the years to come. Also pictured is Club President Dr. Gail Phoenix.
