After several mild winters, a Fort Knox weather official says central Kentucky is “due for a cold one.”
According to Monday weather forecasts, the Hardin County area had the possibility of its first snowfall of the season overnight.
Mark Adams, meteorologist at Fort Knox weather operations, said with rainfall expected Monday night, the county could get “a very light snowfall” as temperatures drop overnight and into the morning today.
