Retired Col. Mike Weaver was the guest speaker recently at the Radcliff Rotary. Weaver, a community activist and former Kentucky State Rep. is also member of the Patton Museum Board and is leading the effort to restore the only remaining World War II wooden barracks building on Fort Knox. He had an oaken stair-step from one of the old barracks to show the club members, worn down in the middle from untold numbers of combat boots over the 70 years of use.
