James and Loretta Johnson took his father, Wilby Johnson, out to eat last Sunday to celebrate his 88th birthday, which was Feb. 18. Others attending were Brent and Tonya Johnson, Alex Johnson, Todd, Tammie and Cory Johnson.

GET-WELL WISHES. Get-well wishes continue for David Knight, David Johnson, Evelyn Huff, Addison Blair, Darryl Withers, Bonnie Ward and Beatrice Riggs.

BABY SHOWER. A baby shower was given for Marsha Thompson last Sunday at the home of James and Loretta Johnson. Marsha received many nice gifts from family and friend who attended.

VISITS. G.A. Davis visited recently with Loretta and me.

Ervin and Violet Stiths’ visitors last weekend were Lisa McDonald, Ian, Brody and Darby; Greg and Christy Stith, Devin and Kennedy; Donny Stith; Angel Stith; and Missy Fackler.

OUT AND ABOUT. Some of the class of 1965 from West Hardin High School had lunch together Feb. 17 at Stone Hearth Restaurant. Those enjoying the meal and fellowship were Janet Heit, Sheila Gosa, Violet Stith, Wanda Nichols, Martha Williams and Donna Linder.

BACK HOME. Todd and Tammie Johnson recently went on a cruise with more than 20 members of Tammie’s family. The cruise left from New Orleans and made stops at Cozumel, Mexico, and Progreso, Mexico.
