I hope all of you ladies had a wonderful Mother’s Day.  I did.  We went to Cincinnati to visit my mom.  She has Parkinson’s Disease so every moment  I get to spend with her is a blessing.  The bad thing about having family living so far apart is we didn’t get to spend Mother’s Day with my mother-in-law, Nora Belle Spencer.  So I want to take this opportunity to tell her how much we love her and how much we appreciate everything she has done for us.
ANNIVERSARIES. Happy anniversary to Michael and Lanissa Elmore on May 16; to Randy and Kari Ash on May 17; and to Billy and Kim Ashley on May 21.  I’m sorry I was late on a couple of them. I hope you have wonderful days together.
BIRTHDAYS. Happy birthday to Judy Kerr on May 19; and to Zach Underhill on May 22.  May you both have blessed birthdays.

SYMPATHY. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Howard Young.  Howard went home to be with the Lord this past week.  He and his wife, Ruth, have been longtime members of our church.  Please keep the family in your prayers.
