SYMPATHY. Sympathy to the families of John E. Cooper and Hazel Raymer.

HOLIDAY EVENT. Lakewood Elementary School presented its Christmas program, “A Spirited Christmas,” on Dec. 9 and 10. Elnoah and Kathy Gragson were among the large audience who attended each night. Their grandsons, Zack and Gavan Young, participated in the program.

CHURCH NEWS. Unity Baptist Church had its Christmas dinner last Sunday after the 11 a.m. service. Following the meal, they delivered Christmas baskets to families in the area.

Franklin Crossroads Baptist Church will worship in its new building at the Elizabethtown campus today, Dec. 19. Small groups will meet at 9:30 a.m. and worship at 10:30 a.m.

GET-WELL WISHES. Get-well wishes to Bonnie Ward, David Knight and all others who are ill.

VISITS. Last weekend visitors of Ervin and Violet Stith were Danny Stith, Greg and Christy Stith and Devin and Kennedy and Martha Mullins.

APPRECIATION. Ervin Stith appreciates calls and cards he received on his birthday.
