Wilson & Muir Bank & Trust Co. customers as well as others who do not have accounts with the bank have been receiving automated voice messages on their mobile phones during the past 24 hours supposedly from Wilson & Muir Bank.
The voice message advises that their Visa Check card has been compromised and has been deactivated. The message then requests card and PIN information. This is a phishing scam and is not legitimate, according to bank officials.
