Wilson Road to close Saturday night for parade

Wilson Road in Radcliff is set to close Saturday night from Knox Boulevard to Walmart Way for a parade.

Bryce Shumate, spokesman for Radcliff Police Department, said the north and south lanes of Wilson Road will be shut down at 6:55 p.m. Saturday.

He said he expects the road will be closed for 30 minutes.

Because of the potential for heavy rain, Shumate said the parade could be canceled. If city officials decide to cancel it, he said an announcement will be made Friday afternoon.
