Richard and Rita Wiseman announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Paula Christine, to Christopher Glenn Pyles, son of Glenn and Maryellen Pyles of Elizabethtown and Debra and Alan Underwood of Rineyville.

The bride-to-be is a 1999 graduate of North Hardin High School and a 2005 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor's degree in health sciences. She is an occupational therapist at Hardin Memorial Hospital, and has accepted a position at Deaconess Hospital in Cincinnati.

The prospective groom is a 1999 graduate of North Hardin High School and a 2003 graduate of the University of Louisville with a bachelor's degree in sports administration and a masters degree in business administration. He is the manager of ticket sales and special events for the University of Cincinnati Athletic Department.

The wedding is at 7 p.m., July 19, 2008, at My Old Kentucky Home State Park in Bardstown with a reception to follow at My Old Kentucky Home’s Great Hall.
