Motorists looking to hit the open road “Easy Rider” style can receive training they need at the local community college.
Elizabethtown Community and Technical College is offering a class for beginning motorcyclists at the end of April that will run through October. The class assists those looking to get their license and need some training to do so.
The statewide program is coordinated by Eastern Kentucky University. ECTC has been a site for the classes for about 10 years, said Tom Davenport, who leads Workforce Solutions at ECTC, which offers the class.
