School starts this week in Hardin County. The stores are full of busy parents who are on a mad dash to get those needed school supplies. I do not miss that this year. I wish every one a happy, healthy school year.
The GFWC/KY Radcliff Woman’s Club’s June 8 meeting was called to order by president Sheila Enyart. After the inspirational moment given by Frances Johnston, the Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Refreshments were served by chairman Maria Battistoni, Anne Flanagan, Betty Olive, Sherry Keith Kelley and Scarlet Estrada.
Lindsey Elizabeth Stephens and Seth Michael Hannan were married June 28, 2015, at Black Acres Nature Preserve in Louisville with Andy Barlow officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Tom and Teresa Stephens of Louisville and the granddaughter of Tommie and Shirley Stephens of Cerulean and Ruth Lindsey of Elizabethtown and the late Robert Lindsey.
Doug and Allison Shepherd of Elizabethtown celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary July 28, 2015.
They Shepherds were married July 28, 1990, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Louisville with the Rev. Clyde Babb officiating.
